  • A full size guide is included in the product images for each tee.
    Please check it carefully before ordering.

    Each tee is printed to order which means we are unable to swap sizes or accept returns simply because the wrong size was chosen.

    If you are hovering between two sizes, I’d suggest going up a size for a more comfy fit.

  • Your tee will be printed to order as we are all about minimising waste.


    Please allow up to 5 working days for production before shipping

  • Returns & Refunds

    To support the environment, all items are made to order especially for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing, so please check sizing information carefully before ordering.

    Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
    If your item arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

    • your order number

    • a description of the issue

    • clear photographs of the item

    If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

    Colours & Print Variations
    We do our best to display colours and designs accurately, however colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and the printing process used. Small variations in print placement or colour tone are normal with made-to-order printing.

    It’s not about telling you how to live your life, rather, helping you work out what you want, what is holding you back and what you are going to do about it.

  • Due to the nature of coaching services, refunds are not available once a session package has been purchased. However, if after our first session we both agree that we’re not the right fit, any unused sessions will be refunded.

    All items are made to order and printed especially for you once your order is placed. Please allow up to 5 working days for production before your item is shipped.

    Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and apply after production has been completed. Depending on when you place your order, your item may take around 7 working days or more to arrive.

    We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs or circumstances outside our control.
